Order Fulfillment Policy

At D&J Merch Studio, we’re committed to delivering specialized branded merch and curated promotional products. We can put your logo or design on anything! 1. Placing Your Order
- How to Order: Submit your order through our website, contact us through email, or give us a call. Include item details, quantity desired, customization requests (e.g., logo, colors), and delivery deadline.
- Order Confirmation: Once received, we will verify payment, review your artwork, and specs, then send you a confirmation email within 24 hours (business days: Monday–Friday, 8:30-4:30 PM HST).
- Artwork Submission: Send us your design (e.g., vector files like .AI or .EPS) We will email a digital proof for approval within 1-2 business days.
2. Processing and Production
- Standard Lead Time: Most orders take 7-10 business days from artwork approval to shipment, depending on item complexity and quantity.
- Rush Orders: Need it faster? Ask us about our rush option (additional fees apply).
- Customization: We will customize your products —screen printing, embroidery, or engraving —your logo/brand will be the focus! We’re just here to make you look good. Minor variances (e.g., slight color shifts) may occur due to production processes.
- Quantity Variance: Industry standard allows a 5-10% over/under run on custom orders. This is to ensure each item is exactly how you want it! Think of it as quality control. You’ll only be charged for what ships.
3. Inventory and Availability
- Stock Items: We keep track of real-time inventory for popular products. If an item’s out of stock, we’ll notify you within 24 hours with alternatives or updated timelines.
- Custom Items: Made-to-order products may require minimum quantities (MOQs), noted on product pages.
4. Shipping
- Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to name a few. You can also use your own shipping account! We always compare the best rates possible for the most economical shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within the U.S. International orders vary—contact us for details.
- Expedited Shipping: Overnight or 2-day options available (cutoff: 12 PM HST for same-day processing).
- Order tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Split Shipments: Large or multi-location orders may ship separately—we’ll coordinate with you first.
5. Packaging
- Protection: Items are packed securely to prevent damage (e.g., bubble wrap for fragile goods). Packing method may vary by manufacturer.
- Kitting: Want to impress with a fun student kit or corporate gift bundle? For combo orders (e.g., pen + notepad sets), we can assemble your kit and have it ready for gifting!
- Custom Gift Wrapping: Corporate Christmas Gift? We will put the bow on top for you! Ask us about optional branded packaging and custom boxes!
6. Returns and Refunds
- Defects or Errors: If items arrive damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, notify us as soon as possible. Send photos and description to customerservice@djspec.com and we will do our best to replace or refund after review.
- Non-Returnable: Custom products are non-returnable unless defective, due to their custom and made-to-order nature.
- Cancellations: Cancel before production starts (pre-artwork approval) for a full refund. After that, fees may apply.
7. Customer Support
- Updates: We love to keep you in the loop! We send emails you at key steps—order received, proof sent, production start, and items shipped.

8. Compliance
- Safety: Products meet U.S. regulations (e.g., CPSIA for kids’ items). Certificates available on request.
- Sustainability: We prioritize ethical sourcing and do our best to offer eco-friendly options that meet your budget and brand style. We will always provide earth friendly options in our product research and selection process.
Important Notes
- Delays: Rare shipping or supply chain hiccups may occur. We’ll keep you posted and work to resolve them fast. We will do our best to communicate with you the status of your order in real time and provide updates when available.
- Event Deadlines: Tell us your “in-hands” date to ensure your order is done in time! Order early to guarantee delivery!
